I’m on pins and needles until the March 5 release of Tim Burton’s Alice in Wonderland. The hair and makeup are always genius in his films…along with the costume design, art direction, casting and every other aspect of production you could think of. Ever since falling in love with the animated Disney classic, I’ve hoped for a live-action version that could capture the mad Victorian acid trip as imagined by Lewis Carroll. The video for Gwen Stefani’s “What You Waiting For” was a three-minute tease. Now the miserable month of March has been redeemed. If only I can wait that long. Tic tock, tic tock, tic tock…
